Marriage is an amazing journey. It’s a stage on which real love, true love, a love that was described as only sacrificial by Paul as he wrote his letter to the church of Corinth, is tested.

It’s described as the greatest virtue of all.
The kind of love that enables us to “put up with” and endure transgressions with patience.
The kind of love that counts no wrongs and puts the other first.
The love that we need to give ourselves to our spouses with humility and constantly nourishing each other’s souls.
It’s a rare kind of love, and one is indeed blessed to have someone to sacrifice for.
We all marry someone defective. There’s is no one perfect, perhaps we only differ in our individual extents – but we are all flawed.
What more can teach you forgiveness, humility and grace, than the marriage covenant!
After all is said and done, when the partners yield to each other in love, extending grace to one other, and forgiving as fast as possible, not only is each partner incomparably blessed but it serves as a testimony to the others.
The younger generation can catch a glimpse of what a marriage relationship could be, a glimpse that won’t let them settle for anything less, than what a covenant should be.
Marriage is beautiful.
Marriage works, and it only bears fruits if invested in.
