1. A relationship with God.
2. A relationship with himself.
3. A relationship with time.
4. A relationship with his FATHER (earthly father!)
5. A relationship with another man of character, noble, sound and who has godly fruits.
6. A relationship with a Godly woman. (when you find her)
7. A relationship with his children.(when God blesses you)
Now, of course life is unpredictable but when you obtain the Lord’s favor, and he blesses you with all these workable relationships, be sure to strive and be the very best at each one of them.
God knows you need all of the above, so He cannot ask you to sacrifice your marriage for ministry, or your children for the unending missions!
Balance is paramount!
Notwithstanding all the disappointments, hurdles and sharp boulders along the way, a man needs all these relationships.
Often and from the few experiences I have picked along (my hubby included), if you strain either of these relationships as a lady, or he is missing one of these, I can assure you that you have a man who is functioning but NOT PRODUCTIVE!
1. #A #Relationship with #God.
Genesis 1.
The Lord created Adam, and placed him in the garden of Eden. – A place of delight, in essence, in the presence of the Lord.
Man needs God. First and foremost -#GOD
(Only the Lord can show you, teach you his ways, mold you to be after His own heart.)
Only the Lord can bring a man to a point of abasement, where he can sure attest to the Lord who gives second and third chances because he was never worth of His mercies.
A man needs spiritual muscles as much as he needs his toned biceps.
Only the Lord can provide you the True North.
Only the Lord has the ultimate GPS that will help you through those tempestuous moments of life.
Often without God, the spirit dries out, it’s parched and all other gods take center stage.
A man needs God.
Only the Lord can teach you how to be a man.
Marriage cannot work without the cross. Trust me, he needs to be a man who kneels at the feet of Jesus.
There are those moments in marriage when your husband isn’t as responsive to you as you may need.
Instead of pestering him and being pesky, why not talk to the Lord about him instead.
Trust me He is able to pummel him right!
I know for sure He has done it in my marriage!
Then your husband will come and say, “Hunnie, God has told me to be more caring to you!” “Am sorry I haven’t been right.”
Well, am not entirely saying that you shouldn’t talk, or you cannot get angry at some situations.
Am saying, there are somethings only the Lord can change.
Your work is to love him as the Lord works on him.
Your work is to honor him as the Lord prunes him.
Your work is to respect him as the Lord makes smooth those rough edges.
Your work is to admire and be a submissive wife (as unto the Lord) – because you will be doing it in obedience to Christ, as the Lord checks him in in His clinic!
Amen! God can only speak to him while he is in His presence.
If the Lord has told you to let go of relationships that don’t bring glory to Him, let go.
Trust Him enough with faith as your currency, and let Him lead you to the one who has the willingness to be teachable!
God can handle you no matter where you meet at Him at your journey!
