Respect other people’s marriages and have thick boundaries, I mean really thick boundaries.
I really don’t care how close you were before she got married, or he got married, the truth is, they chose the other person over you so respect it.
Respect the fact that there’s a woman in his life who comes first.
He is supposed to catch up with her, not you – and you shouldn’t demand that he should talk to you.
Respect the truth that he will have reserved names for her and not you.
She is the booboo, bae, darling and any other pet name he feels like calling her, and not you.
He will not do late night chats or morning call ups anymore, respect it.
It needs not come from him, but deliberately, you should draw a very thick line between you and him.
Mr. respect the fact that she’s married and she won’t listen anymore how your boss grounded you at work.
She won’t hang out with you anymore.
She chose him over you, so swallow it, accept and move on.
She will not be going out for weekend adventures and road trips with you. It’s final.
Respect her marriage.
You may tell me that there’s a married man hitting on you, but it’s all in your purview to accept it or not.
You have the choice fortunately or unfortunately.
Respect the sanctity of marriage.
You want God to honor you with the gift of marriage, show that you esteem it from a far.
Ladies, let’s talk. Don’t be all up on married men! If you find yourself too opinionated about someone else’s husband chance’s are that you walking down a dangerous path.
Some of you spend so much energy sending “good morning, be blessed ” messages to a married man, for what really?
For what?
You want him to reply “be blessed too! “? Then? What do you gain?
For Christ sake, he has a woman to forward him those messages and even if she doesn’t, who told you that it’s your work to build him?
It ain’t sister, so quit the drama and sit down and wait for your Mr as you tell God to prune out those eyes and heart that covet!
Who tells you that it’s your work to compliment his dressing everyday?
Don’t be mistaken to think that he dresses himself.
There’s a Mrs working behind the scenes to make sure he looks tantalizing as you see!
What do you aim at when all you keep doing is following up on a married man?
Trust me, if break up a family [ please don’t tell me you love him ] you will never ever have peace in your life.
God is not confused to send you a package that He delivered to someone else.
He can’t give you the husband to another woman.
In your youth, your face may glow, your boobies may be firm, your butt pert, but when the wrinkles start kicking in, and you need more Botox to keep it flawless, when you will need a boob lift, and the tummy tucks, then, you will realize that beauty doesn’t keep a man but character does.
Wait on the Lord, let Him give you a husband and work on your marriage.
Acquire wealth together and enjoy your youthfulness in each others arms.
Do you think a married man was never flawed before?
Of course they still are, but it’s HER work and prayers and HIS willingness to change that molds a man to be all that glittery.
I know for sure that we are not where we were when we first settled, but it’s taken tonnes of work, and deliberate work at that.
It’s taken tonnes of prayer.
It’s taken tonnes of forgiveness.
We have died too many times to SELF.
It’s like a computer’s GUI.
It’s beautiful and amazing, but have you ever considered how many processes it has in the back end?
That is marriage.
The more lit it looks, the more processes it needs and has in the back end.
The more space for storage it needs.
The more demanding it gets.
The more attention it needs.
In your singleness, respect marriages.
Honor the Lord God in maintaining boundaries, and the Lord will honor you.
